Do not accept damaged packages. Refuse to accept the package and send it back immediately.

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have received, you may return it within 30 days from the time that you purchased the product. All shipping fees are non-refundable and you will pay return shipment.

A 15% (fifteen percent) restocking fee will be issued on all returned items. A 5% (five percent) restocking fee also applies to cancelled orders that have not yet shipped.
